Ristorante da "Linet"Via Neive, 1 - Coazzolo
These pictures show the inside of “Da Linet” Restaurant where visitors can taste the specialities of the Piemontese kitchen, accompanied by the best local wines. Typical dishes : agnolotti “del plin” (pasta stuffed with meat and cabbage); “tabarin” (noodles), rabbit of “bagna neira”, and upon request the traditional piemontese mixture of fried meats, fruits, semolina and macaroon. From September till November we serve dishes with porcini mushrooms and white truffle from Alba. The Restaurant is closed on Tuesdays; reservations are kindly requested.
